I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and while it used to be a decent option in Aktau, it seems to have declined. The Junior Suite I had was initially a smoking room, which was promptly switched. However, the Wi-Fi was mostly non-functional, forcing me to work in public areas. My breakfast experience was disappointing with poor service and limited choices. Although the staff did try to address my concerns, overall, I feel the hotel needs significant improvements.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Aktau. The location was quite nice, with a lovely sea view from my balcony.
