Aktau Hotel, Aktau (Mangystau)

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and while it used to be a decent option in Aktau, it seems to have declined. The Junior Suite I had was initially a smoking room, which was promptly switched. However, the Wi-Fi was mostly non-functional, forcing me to work in public areas. My breakfast experience was disappointing with poor service and limited choices. Although the staff did try to address my concerns, overall, I feel the hotel needs significant improvements.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the location is nice, offering a great sea view and being close to shops, the service left much to be desired, particularly in the breakfast lounge. The room cleanliness was decent, but I had issues with the Wi-Fi and the lackluster breakfast selections.
